Rocky Singh

With over 15 years of versatile industry and consulting experience across Aerospace, Defense, Transportation, and IT Sales, Rocky leads strategic initiatives focusing on R&D spending, DEI initiatives and Sustainability, aiming to bridge the conversations between government, industry and academia.

Before joining the Samuel Team and serving as Principal of Third Rock Consulting, Rocky Singh was the Company Security Officer for Larsen& Toubro’s Canadian subsidiary. There, he helped define the Third-Party Sourcing roadmap for the Canadian Navy’s AJISS program in establishing a robust vendor ecosystem. He also played a vital role in L&T’s expansion into Canada by assisting in the establishment of two Canadian offices in Toronto and Montreal, in collaboration with Federal & Provincial Ministers, and multiple Aerospace & Defense Alliance partners.

His career also includes key Operational and Leadership roles at Honeywell Aerospace, Bombardier, General Dynamics Missions Systems, and Thales Canada.

Beyond his professional endeavours, Rocky is an advocate for the NewSpace movement and humanity's expansion into the cosmos. In his spare time, he enjoys martial arts, weightlifting, volunteering at a local hospital, and sits on and supports multiple boards.
